We have partnered with innovation agency Nesta in the UK, disseminating their creative business training methodology in more than 15 countries worldwide, helping creative entrepreneurs acquire the knowledge and the skills to strengthen their businesses and/or transform an idea into a sustainable enterprise. 

The Creative Enterprise Programme is for entrepreneurs in the creative industries, such as advertising and marketing; architecture; crafts; creative hubs; design (product, graphic, interior etc); digital media and gaming; fashion; film, TV and radio; performing arts; publishing and literature; museums, galleries and libraries; music; and visual arts and photography.

In Georgia, the programme is delivered in partnership with Creative Georgia.

Call for Applications

We would like to invite up to 25 candidates to attend a three-day capacity-building workshop that supports creative and social entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses. The workshop will be held on 30 September – 2 October 2019. This is a learn-by-doing approach – participants complete the workshop exercises with their business in the focus. There are interactive exercises, peer-led activities, guest speakers and time for reflection, all curated for a positive learning environment.

Who is the workshop for?

  • Participants should come from business or start-ups in any of the following sectors: publishing, design, fashion, crafts, architecture, visual arts, music, performing arts, film, radio/TV, photography, video games, digital media, festival management, creative hubs, IT solutions for cultural/creative initiatives, etc.
  • Workshop participants should be entrepreneurs at the very start of their business career. It is recommended that participants are either established entrepreneurs with no more than 2 years of experience, or people at a pre-trading stage, with a creative idea which they wish to turn into a business.
