On 1 July 2014, the official ceremony of signing the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Ajara Autonomous Republic and the British Council will be held at the Batumi Music Center. This document will strengthen the collaboration between the cultural and educational institutions of Ajara Autonomous Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Graham Sheffield, Director Arts for British Council and Gregory Nash, Regional Director Arts for British Council, will attend the ceremony in Batumi. As part of their visit the guests will hold high level meetings with the representatives of cultural institutions and arts professionals.
